Assam DEE Primary School (Lower & Upper) Teacher Recruitment 2021: Notification, vacancy, important dates, Qualification, and other details. Office of the Director of Elementary Education (DEE), Assam, invites online application from Assam TET qualified candidates for filling up of 7442 ‘Assistant Teacher’ of Lower Primary (LP) Schools and 2112 Assistant teacher, Science teacher, Assamese language teacher and Manipuri language teacher of Upper Primary (UP) schools under DEE, Assam.

With a view to support, strengthen and improve the quality of Elementary education in the state of Assam in compliance with Right to Education, 2009, DEE Assam invites online application for recruitment of 9354 Primary School teachers in the state.

Conditions of Recruitment :

1. The candidates who have passed the Assam Teacher Eligibility Test (ATET) conducted by DEE Assam, will be eligible for applying and candidates who will appear and pass Assam TET to be conducted in the month of October, 2021, shall also be eligible to apply after declaration of results.
2. The language-I of the ATET of the candidate shall match the medium of instruction of the school, wherein the candidate wishes to apply. As for example, if a candidate wishes to apply in the Assamese medium school, the candidate must have Assamese as language-1 in the Assam TET.
3. The condition-2 will come in force in respect of Assistant Teacher of LP School and Assistant Teacher, Science Teacher of UP school.
4. The condition-2 will not come into force in respect of Assamese Language Teacher and Manipuri Language Teacher of UP Schools
5. The Merit list will be separate for each district and category
6. A candidates must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years for UR category, 42 years for Ex-Servicemen, 43 years for OBC/MOBC and 45 years for SC/ST and 50 years for PwD as on 1st January 2021.
7. There will be reservation for EWS (Economically Weaker Sections)
8. There will be reservation for vacancies for women as per ‘The Assam Woman (Reservation of vacancies in Services and Posts) (Amendment) Act, 2010.
9. No person having more than two (2) living children on or after 01/01/2021 for a single or multiple partners as per the Govt. policy on small family norms.
