Office of the District Magistrate, District DPO-ICDS Cell, North (Uttar) 24 Parganas, Government of India, invites application in prescribed format from eligible/retired government employees for filling up the post of Accountant/Accounts cum Data Manager/Data Manager in District Project Management Unit (DPMO), Kanayashree Prakalpa (project) , North 24 Parganas on purely contract basis.

1. Data Manager :-
Number of the posts :- 27 (1 for each sub-division and 01 for each 22 blocks)
Age limit :- 18-37 Years as on 31/12/2013
Essential Educational Qualification :-
a. Graduate in any discipline
b. Certificate in Computer applications from reputed institution.
c. Must have typing speed of 30 wpm
Desirable Qualification :-
Minimum 1 Year working experience
Remuneration : 11,000 per month
Tenure : 3 Years (contract period)
(Applicants must be the residents of the Blocks/Sub division concerned)
2. Accounts cum Data Manage
Vacancy : 02
Age limit :- 18-37 Years as on 31/12/2013
Educational Qualification :-
a. Commerce Graduate
b. Certificate in Computer applications from reputed institution and ability to work in MS office packages
c. minimum 1 year working experience
remuneration : Consolidated 12,000 per month
Service Periods : 03 (Three) years on purely contract basis
(Applicants must be the residents of the Blocks/Sub division concerned)
3. Accountant :
Vacancy : 01 (One)
Age limit :- 18-37 Years as on 31/12/2013
Essential & Desirable Qualification :-
a. Commerce Graduate with Accountancy Hounours
b. Certificate in Computer applications from reputed institution and ability to work in MS office packages
c. Working knowledge of spread sheet Tally and Presentation package
d. Minimum 3 years jobs experience
Jobs Responsibilities : Overall responsibility of accounts for District Project Management Unit (DPMU)
Salary : Consolidated Rs.15,000 per month
Tenure of Service : 3 Years on contract
